We flew to Calgary on August 2
and drove to Banff, where we spent the night at Brewster's Mountain Lodge. The next
day (Sunday) we headed to Emerald Lake
Lodge in Yoho National Park for 3 nights. We then went to Cathedral Mountain Lodge in Yoho Valley for 2
nights. Then we stayed at Moraine
Lake Lodge for 2 nights, and back to Banff to stay at Thea's House bed and breakfast for 2
nights. The weather was dry and much warmer than the previous year. Wildfires
were a problem at Moraine Lake.
