Welcome to RIM 4000.  Please read the instructions
(some have changed since your orientation meeting)

1.       Turn in all forms to FAX: 615-527-0274. NOTICE: If you are having trouble with the fax number 615-527-0274, try leaving off the area code.

2.       Then check here at www.rim4000.com to see if they have been received (give me a few days to post—I don’t post every day).

3.       Note the “last update” time at the top of the www.rim4000.com page. If you turned it in before then, and it’s not posted, you may want to contact me or send it again.

4.       If you continuously have problems with the fax number above, you can use (866) 262-2323. But please don’t use that unless you have to (they charge me 15 cents per page).

5.       The password and user name for www.rim4000.com are the same as for the internship database

6.       In addition to the confirmation of internship form, YOU WILL NEED TO FILL OUT A CONTACT FORM WITH YOUR SUPERVISOR’S EMAIL ADDRESS. (I use that as a mail merge to send them a link to your evaluation survey at the end of the semester.) You can fill out the contact form here 

7.    The instructions for this class and the internship database are still at www.riminterns.com.

8.     Companies can request an intern at www.ineedinterns.com.
